Terms & Conditions

Client to collect and return the rented products to CADEK International's Warehouse in Somerset West.

Client to sign a rental contract before / when collecting the goods.

Client to pay the rental amount in full at collection/receipt of the rented product/s.

The client will be bound to the collection/delivery date and will return the rented product/s on or before the close of business on the said Return Date.

The client agrees that he/she will be charged with the daily rental rate for any additional days until the product/s is/are returned.

The client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any breakages in full or part of the rented product/s and/or theft of the rented product/s to the maximum replacement value as stated in the contract (breakage value). This is the maximum amount chargeable by CADEK International in the event of breakages, loss or theft.

The client agrees to report any breakages and/or theft within 24 hours to CADEK International in writing.
