Doolhof
nestles between Groenberg Mountain & Bainskloof. We have
a microclimate of a late misty morning sun and early twilight.
Most of our wine is exported to Scotland, where our head
offices are. From there it gets marketed. We produce the
so called Big Six, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage,
Shiraz, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Doolhof experience
at least 2 hours less sunlight than the rest of Wellington,
which allows the grapes to ripen in much direct sunlight.
